Somalia’s prominent Politian Prof Mohamed Abdi Qandhi who hails from the lower Juba region of Somalia has called for the establishment of a new administration in the Juba regions of Somalia which represents descendants of the region.
The Prof said that an all inclusive administration representing all the communities living in the region is the only solution to calm the situation in Kismayu.
“It is baseless to announce an administration out of nowhere without consulting all the communities living in the different districts of the region “said the professor.
The region which consists of Gedo, middle Juba and the lower Juba regions has been a chaotic ground for politicians hailing from the regions and the federal government of Somalia in the past 6 months which has hindered the progress of the new federal government of Somalia.
