A suspected Al-Shabaab recruiter Aden Mohamed Maalim alias Bashir Somalia, has been arraigned in a Garissa court.
Mohamed was arrested alongside Juma Waziri alias Ras Katana and Abdalla Kamau alias Raymond at the Tana Bridge police barrier over the weekend.
They appeared before Chief Magistrate Hannah Ndungu and denied charges of being members of the unlawful group.
They were nabbed by Anti-terror police aboard a Garissa bound bus from Mombasa.
Aden was believed to be ferrying the other two to Somalia.
The suspects were in casual wear unperturbed by the massive attention they were receiving from the court.
The court directed that they be released on a bond of Ksh.2M each failure to which they would be kept in remand pending the hearing of their case.
