MOGADISHU (Reuters) – Gunmen attacked a police station in central Somalia on Tuesday after blowing the gates of the compound with a car bomb, a legislator said.
“Armed militants went in and continued killing policemen,” legislator Dahir Amin Jesow told Reuters.
It was not immediately clear who carried out the attack on the station in Baladweyn town or the number of casualties.
