Given the shortage of time to 2016, I would like to suggest the following as the way forward for the Somali Government:
- Keep the current acting government minsters under the leadership of the PM Omar Abdirashid Ali Sharmarke;
- Continue the implementation of the ongoing plans for the reconstruction and development of the country following the New Deal with the help of the international donor community and the follow-up of the Garowe Conference and the planned ones; and
- May Allah give you success.
